REFERRAL TERMS

Program Overview:

This Referral Program is designed to reward individuals who refer new clients to Kris Doda. A “successful” referral is defined as a client who enters into a paid contract with Kris Doda and completes the project.

Eligibility:

    • The Referral Program is open to anyone who is not a current or previous client of Kris Doda.

    • Referrals must be submitted through an official channel (email, form, social media) to be valid.

    • Referred clients must be new to Kris Doda and have not previously been in contact with us regarding services.

Referral Reward Structure:

    • Small Projects (value between $1,000 and $4,999): 10% of the project value.

    • Medium Projects (value between $5,000 and $9,999): 12% of the project value.

    • Large Projects (value between $10,000 and $19,999): 15% of the project value.

    • Enterprise Projects (value of $20,000+): Flexible reward, based on the scope and complexity, determined through a consultation.

Payment of Referral Rewards:

    • Referral rewards will be paid once the referred client has completed 30% or more of the total invoice value.

    • Payments will be made 7 business days after the client completes this payment.

    • Payments will be made via the same method as the original referral agreement (bank transfer, PayPal, etc.).

Referral Process:

    1. Submit Referral: Submit a referral by providing the referred client’s name, contact details, and the specific services or project scope of interest.

    1. Referral Acknowledgment: Once the referral is submitted, Kris Doda will acknowledge the referral and initiate contact with the referred client.

    1. Successful Referral: A referral is considered successful when the referred client signs a contract and completes a project with Kris Doda.

Referral Tracking and Reporting:

    • Tracking: Referrals will be tracked manually through Kris Doda’s end or a designated referral platform. Once a referral is made, Kris Doda will send a confirmation email acknowledging receipt and outlining next steps.

    • Reporting: Referrers can request periodic updates on the status of their referral(s). Kris Doda will provide updates on whether the referred client has moved forward with a project.

Referral Expiration Date:

    • Referrals will be valid for 6 months from the date of submission. If a referred client has not engaged in a project within this period, the referral will expire, and no reward will be issued.

Exclusions:

    • Referrals that have already been in contact with Kris Doda in the past 12 months will not be considered valid.

    • Referrals from clients who have already signed contracts with Kris Doda are not eligible.

    • If a referral results in multiple projects, the reward will be based on the total value of the first project completed by the referred client.

Terms of Agreement:

    • Referral rewards are offered in good faith. However, if any aspect of the referral process, including payment collection or project delivery, is delayed or disputed, Kris Doda reserves the right to withhold rewards until issues are resolved.

    • The referral reward is based on the final invoiced amount for the project.

    • In cases of cancellations, refunds, or disputes, Kris Doda reserves the right to adjust or withhold the reward accordingly.

Program Modification and Termination:
Kris Doda reserves the right to modify or terminate the Referral Program at any time, with or without notice, at his sole discretion.
